At the moment, Anti Social Social Club is one of the internet’s favorite names. Because, when it comes to developing a niche market in today’s massive names of streetwear labels aiming to attain a cult-like following, few manage to do so as effortlessly and organically as nascent imprint as this brand. Helmed by Stussy’s Social Marketing Manager, Neek Lurk, the label specializes in and has gained much traction for its relatable graphic messaging and pastel-colored garments.
And now A.S.S Club is proud to announce its first-ever exhibition this week. With the cult streetwear brand’s play on themes of emotional turmoil and dejection, the installation is titled ”SELF DOUBTS” and bring Lurk’s thoughts to life in an expansive gallery space in DTLA. Special limited-edition, pink-themed merchandise also released in collection to match its Porsche GT3 RS customized by Period Correct. An official opening reception was held on May 7 from 7-9 p.m. And you can take a peek inside “SELF DOUBTS” exhibition because now it opens to the public May 8-12 daily, 1-6 p.m.
