Gucci made a game-changing statement with its Pre-Fall Campaign. Alessandro Michele, the noteworthy creative director presented his latest collection in an amusing and brilliant concept. Reconnecting what was once classics into a more relaxed and buoyant approach.
The Florentine House is well-known for its sophistication and bohemian signature, the characters which Michele profoundly infused in his collection. The campaign itself alleviate the collection to achieve a laid-back persona with strong elegance style. Earthy tones clout and complement the subtle hues, the suede couch and Moroccan carpet style became the essentials to finalize the whole campaign.
Models lazily pose and lay presenting the 70’s vibe looks, inviting carefree atmosphere to those who stare. Printed silk dresses, jeans, patchwork fur jacket, knitted sweaters and satin pants make their debut in the campaign. Though what caught our eyes are the brogues inspired shoes and interlocking G cross-body bag, with the oversized bamboo backpack, the classics made fresh and altered.
Accessories are such a big hit for this season, and Gucci has just made everything into a better perspective, in size or in design. They are made simple yet composed, natural but polished, the perfect complementaries to Michele’s amazing Pre-Fall collection. With enough consideration, now Laid-Back style has a new look, and it is Gucci.
